Mandy is the Founder and Director of Preemie Project of Dothan. She is a former special needs teacher and the mother of a former 32-week-old infant born at Southeast Medical Center in 2015. If she has any spare time, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and gardening. With no resources and support, Mandy founded the Preemie Project of Dothan to help other parents of premature and NICU infants with resources and support.

Reba joined Preemie Project of Dothan in 2023. She is a stay-at-home mother who loves to craft and read in her spare time. She has experience doing local and larger events as a craft vendor. She has over a decade of experience in healthcare as a CNA/PCT in the nursing home setting, and the hospital setting in ICU and surgery. Her youngest is a NICU graduate after a rough pregnancy with severe hyperemesis gravidarum, and a ruptured uterus from a failed VBAC.

Carolyn has always been involved in some type of ministry or non-profit affiliation. While not having a preemie or a nicu baby herself she does have a passion for these precious little gifts from God. She has worked as a Gift Stewardship specialist requiring her to work closely with the accounting department. She has also worked as a bookkeeper for a warehouse and owned her own business for over 20 years with her husband. In her spare time, she likes to make quilted ornaments and other craft items.

Delaine is a native of Dothan. He graduated from Northside Methodist Academy in 1994. In 1996 he joined the Marine Corps and was honorably discharged in 2000. He spent many years working in a local Dothan business. In 2012 he returned to college and attended Troy University graduating in 2014 with a B.S. in Psychology and an M.S. in Social Science in 2017. In 2018, he began attending Birmingham School of Law in Birmingham, A,L earning his Juris Doctor in 2022. He is now the managing partner of the Harwood Firm LLC, where he practices Criminal Law, Personal Injury and Family Law. He was introduced to the Preemie Project of Dothan by a mutual friend. This organization is close to his heart, and it is a honor to serve as General Counsel for this organization. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with family, golf and attending Auburn football games.
